Managed a team of 19 engineers that consisted of Network Engineers and Network Architects, Telecom Engineers, System Engineers, and SQL/Oracle DBAs (Database Administrators). Responsible for management of over 1,450 servers in Tier 4 PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant Data Centers. Hosted Solutions is a provider of Application Services, Business Process Outsourcing, and Disaster Recovery Services as alternatives to the traditional, capital intensive CPE hardware and software required to support advanced enterprise self-service applications. Led the efforts of a $10MM technology infrastructure refresh composed of 10Gbps routing and switching fabric, blade servers with distributed wiring, and a voice network capable of hundreds of thousands of concurrent connections.
